Sennheiser HD600 Comfort Headband HD58X HD6XX

This is a headband that improves the comfort of the HD600 series. Just like on other high end headphones that use this style of suspension headband, except its a stretchy TPU design with hex holes for ventilation.

To assemble you remove the stock headband end stops and remove the cup from the headband. Then you insert the metal straps of the headphones into the holes of the TPU strap and insert the new PLA clips into the headband where the original headband stops were. The built in TPU locking blocks on the headband lock into the PLA block with friction, but you can add a drop of glue if they are too loose.

Please use the 3mf (and not the plain STL) as it has specific setting for the model. You can change the infill style and percentage to change the pattern. If you have TPU for AMS that is the ideal material for the clips.
