Deathly Hallows Grimoire Storage Chest

Here is my first attempt at one of the contests.

I have designed a storage container to resemble a book with a Deathly Hallows theme.

The image above show how to assemble the model.

1. Glue the bottom of the middle section and side arches. ( resembles the paper of the book) Make sure to press the sides in, mine made a snapping sound.
2. Using a piece of filament as the hinge pin, assemble the cover to the bottom.
3. Place glue on the spine hinge bindings and affix them to the books spin using the covers hinges for alignment. The center hinge binding is the large one.

Dimensions of the container are: 220mm x 160mm x 52mm.

Materials used: (6) 10 x 5 x 2mm magnets and super glue

Layer Height: 0.2mm Stock settings

Infill: 10% infill

Material: I Used Overture PLA Chocolate, brown and gold

Supports: On build plate only

Brim Type: Outer brim only (Print plate 4 only)
