200g Scale with Compression Spring

This scale requires a single compression spring to measure up to 200 grams. From my testing, the margins are only ~2g, less than 5%. Only the specified spring will work with this scale. No other hardware is needed, all snap-fit.

The spring is specifically sold in Maker's Supply:

0.6x12x70mm Helical Compression Spring - BB001

Notes:

Use the screw to calibrate the scale to 0g.

To take it apart, carefully pull up on the hook, the front plate should detach.

Universal slicer settings:

• Brim required for “Shaft” (the internal piece that holds the spring)
• Material: PLA
• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.20mm
• No Supports
