Dyson V7 onwards - Generic adapter (Space Bag)

I know there are a heap of Dyson adapters out there.

I found this model in the public documents of On-Shape. Unfortunately I don't know who the original designer was.

I wanted to have a decent adapter to use with a vacuum space bag. I then realised that this could also be used for the flexi hose Dyson attachment or to connect other regular hoses to the Dyson.

The file names indicate the inner diameter. Add 4mm for the outer diameter

My requirements were:

• All one piece, no separate springs or clips
• No supports

I modified the clip button and side rails to have chamfers for better looking prints with no support. I also moved the clip assembly down 1mm to lock into the vacuum snugly.

Print settings:

• No supports
• Brim optional, I didn't need it.
• 0.4mm nozzle
• PLA
• 0.2mm layer height
• 15% infill
