Keening Dwemer Dagger From Skyrim Morrowind ESO

Legendary Dwemer magecrafter Kagrenac wrought 3 artifacts to harness the power of Lorkhan's Heart, and this is one. Keening, the unique crystalline dagger, has made its way from Tamriel to our plane… via your 3D printer!

This easy to print and assemble dagger (more like a shortsword at full-scale!) is a great prop for new and experienced builders alike and comes out looking amazing even with default settings, but I have tuned the profile for a balance of speed and detail while taking advantage of slicer settings to tweak surface finish where applicable and minimize/optimize supports. An artifact causing a slicing error on the tip of the sword has been removed as well.

An assembly guide from the original author has been provided, and only requires 2 parts easily found at hardware stores; an M4 bolt and nut of 25mm length, and a 6mm diameter rod or dowel of 150mm length. These parts are for alignment, strength, and weight, and are not strictly necessary if the piece is only for display. However, I recommend building it with these parts if it is possible. A printed 6mm dowel can be used in a pinch.
