Waterproof Dugout/One Hitter - with Lighter Holder

Minor fixes to make sure the tolerances aren't too tight, and also removed the need for a spring.

Print the gasket in TPU to get a waterproof/smellproof seal.

Only other accessory needed is a small spring to glue to the bottom of the one hitter hole. Includes a cutout that fits a standard bic lighter.
