Geometric Dream Catcher/4th Dimensional Creature

Is it a robot? Is it an alien? Or possibly even a 4th dimensional being?!?!?!?!?!

Hey y'all! I decided to design a third dream catcher! I improved the link tolerances and strength so it can print from 73.9% - 100% scale. That means this dream catcher is compatible with the A1-Mini(Profile available for download). The links in this one are much longer and allow the smaller catchers to dangle more than in my original or second design. I'm quite pleased with how this one turned out. This print is pretty straight forward with no assembly required. Just like any print in place model you've printed before. The links are fairly small so be gentle when removing from the plate. Letting it completely cool should eliminate the risk of a break. If you use the profile I'm posting with this, you'll be fine. Once its off the plate you can rotate the rings so that they fully extend down. If you use a gradient or co-extrusion filament like in the pictures you can play with the color direction of the rings.

The profiles available include both the full scale and small scale versions. Each is setup for silk or regular PLA. There are even A-1 Mini profiles.

ADVISORY: If you print with silk PLA there is a higher risk of the links breaking, especially during plate removal. Use of liquid adhesive prior to printing and allowing the plate to fully cool will help minimize this risk.

The 3MF's come with STEP files already loaded on the plates. You can also download the STL version separately if you like.

For those not using a Bambu printer, I recommend the following settings:

0.4mm Nozzle

0.18mm Layers(0.2mm first layer)

3 Walls

6/5 Solid Top/Bottom Layers

10-15% Gyroid Infill (Infill Combination Enabled)

The rest is up to you.
