- Improved snap-on fittings that eliminate Z-axis wobble on the handle when pulling
- You may now have to use a bit of extra force to snap the 2 pieces together
- Small refinements to the shape and design of the handle
- Revised profile for better print quality
- Supports have been added. You can choose to use them or not, but they may provide cleaner receptacle tolerances. They pop out easily with a small, thin flat-head or similar tool.
This is an upgraded handle for the Bambu Lab X1C glass doors. Some features of this handle include.
- Large size allows for a more comfortable grip when pulling the door open.
- Designed to match the overall design of the printer and original handle.
- No additional hardware is required for the 2-piece snap-on design, but there is a receptacle for a M3 x 12 machine screw for additional strength (be careful not to over-tighten).
- You can also opt to use a dab of cyanoacrylate glue where the parts mate.
- Handle underside has 2 notched areas for ½ inch double-sided tape for additional stability (optional).
- Features a backplate that hides the double-sided tape on the underside of the handle and correctly adjusts the depths of the screws.
- Raised Bambu Lab logo painted in black.
Use caution not to over-tighten the machine screws. Doesn't require supports, but recessed areas for the rubber grommets may require some light cleanup.
Includes plate with a version with the logo.
