So I saw this tool on youtube shorts and thought this is nice and easy tool to print with a 3d printer. you can change the height of it and inner diameter for the pencil is 8.3mm so If you are having thinner pen wrap a tape around it evenly.

There are 3 different sizes of the tool so you can select what size works for you.
