Description
This was my childhood favorite hobby. It tought me how to get your hands on building things, how to use different tools to modify and tweak your cars.
I intreduced this to my 6 years old son on our last trip to Japan early this year. We bought few MINI-4WD cars and bring them back to Australia. After the assembly, he can't wait to play and compete with others. However I could not find any place helding these kind race event except some Melbourne guys doing meet ups in their garage. It's even impossible to purchase a TAMIYA track from a locoal vender in AU. Not to mention the cost of shipping if I buying from Japan.
So…. Here we are…
When I decide to print the whole track I dont know where to start. I found rucdoc's post on reddit. After few tweaks I could print the whole track from my P1P. To connect all the parts I use rkarr's clip stl to make it happen.
To make the whole 2 lane track like the one above. You will need to print…
45 degree x 8
200mm x 2
215mm x 2
Flyover Ramp A x 2 (USE SUPPORT)
Flyover Ramp B x 2
Lane Change A x 1
Lane Change B x 1
Lane Change Top A x 1 (USE SUPPORT)
Lane Change Top B x 1 (USE SUPPORT)
100mm x 2 (Optional)
Tamiya_Track_Clip x alot…
In the end, I hope you enjoy this model and HAPPY PRINTING…
