All you need to add in addition to printing from the 3D printer is a 3mm screw approximately 10-15mm long. 2 pieces (may be able to use 6 mm but it will be tight and not very stable) and add stability with soft rubber. Using hot glue to attach the rubber to the legs of the stand will make it stick much better to the surface and won't slide when shaken.
