Bambu CHT Nozzle Box Print in Place

There are many nozzle boxes out there, but non specifically designed for the CHT nozzles that you can buy for the Bambu Lab X1C/P1S/P1P printers. My goal was to design one specifically for these nozzles.

Features

• Print-in-Place with locking, hinged lid
• Labels for all the available CHT nozzle sizes
• AMS multicolor
• Built-in hex key holder
• Built-in nozzle wrench holder
• Fits up to 14 nozzles (2 of each of the standard CHT sizes with labels, and the rest can be misc)

NOTE: The hex key and nozzle wrench holders are sized to fit the ones that came with the Juupine CHT nozzles I got on Aliexpress. Your hex key and nozzle wrench may or may not be different depending on vendor?

About the CHT nozzles

The CHT nozzles are aftermarket nozzles you can buy for the Bambu Lab printers that increase the filament melting by splitting it into 3 paths; this allows you to print faster by increasing the volumetric flow rate up to 35-40 for PLA and 20-25 for PETG, for example. The ones I purchased were the Juupine V2 ones on Aliexpress.

I have just started with these nozzles, and I can find many pros and cons. They definitely do allow printing faster, but they also seem to produce a lot more stringing, especially with PETG. It's nice that you can easily swap the nozzles without having to disconnect the wires like with the Bambu Lab nozzles. They might need a lot of print profile tweaking for retraction. I will continue to experiment with them.
