Hisense portable AC vent FLANGE

I bought a HiSense portable Air Conditioner from Costco, despite not having a modern window compatible with the prefab duct flanges that came with the unit. 
I designed this flange to allow me to use the unit with my vintage tilt-out style windows. Replace one pane of glass with plexi, and drill two large holes out. Screw these flanges over the holes, and viola! 

for reference, i used ¼-20 hardware, however you can use whatever hardware you'd like since the 3d model does not have hardware extrusions. (drill yer own!)
