Description
One can never be too prepared when facing Dracula!
I've recreated most items found in the original Castlevania in the form of Croc charms (“Jibbitz”)!
Castlevania, or 悪魔城ドラキュラ ("Akumajō Dracula") was originally released in 1986 for the Famicom in Japan (developed and published by Konami).
It was later brought to the rest of the world on the NES beginning with the United States release in 1987.
While I'm more partial to 90s Castlevania, I couldn't help but go back to the original game that started it all for the sake of the MakerWorld 80s Gaming contest. I already had plans to make some stuff from the series… just not necessarily from the first game.
All of the following have been turned into charms for your Croc-customizing enjoyment! (not all in photos)
Printed on Bambu Lab P1S with 0.4mm nozzle and AMS on Bambu Textured PEI Plate.
I used the following filaments (9 total):
*I previously recommended using magenta, but I reprinted with regular pink and I think it looks better.
Everything is printed at standard 0.2mm layer height.
(although worth noting is that there seems to be a slight error in the colors for the Double Shot powerup)
Enjoy!
update 11/3/2024:
I changed the print profile so that there are now 4 bottom layers, instead of just 3.
This makes the print look cleaner, with a full black layer printing after the 3 multicolor layers.
