Twin bottle mount by Lori3D

I am excited to introduce my latest project: a dual bottle holder for one of my aluminum motorcycle cases, which I designed using a CAD program. This holder allows for the secure transport of two different bottles – for example, a water bottle on one side and a fuel bottle on the other.

The design of the holder ensures that all parts can be easily attached using a few screws, preferably stainless steel. This choice not only provides a robust connection but also protects against rust and corrosion.

I extensively tested this bottle holder on my last tour, which took me over approximately 4000 km across the mountains, including challenging off-road sections. The holder proved to be extremely reliable under these harsh conditions and sustained no damage.

One important note for printing the holder: UV-resistant material should be used to ensure that the holder retains its stability and color even with prolonged exposure to sunlight.

I am very satisfied with the result and look forward to using this holder on many more adventures.

You need to drill 2 holes trough you pannier, when you do this, make sure to seal the screws when you put them in with silicone or similar to protect that water can get inside your pannier.

I used the original Primus 0.6l fuel bottle and the 1.5l Quechua water bottle.

If a different dimension is required to use other bottles, this can easily be achieved with a CAD program.
Or you can simply add a positive or negative object in the slicer of your choice at the location of the bottle holder.
