Printing Instructions

• Material: Use PETG for best strength and durability. This model is optimized for PETG to ensure top performance and quality.
• Perimeters (Walls): Print with 6 perimeters from the first to the last layer for enhanced durability.
• Perimeter Generator: Use the "Arachne" perimeter generator for optimal results.
• Layer Heights: For 3mm and 4mm widths, print with layers of 0.16mm (first layer at 0.2mm). For the 5mm width, use a layer height of 0.2mm.
• Filament Dryness: For precision prints like this, every detail counts—including the condition of your filament. Make sure your PETG filament is dry before printing. In my tests, what seemed like a brand-specific issue with the zip tie disintegrating between layers was resolved simply by drying the filament, dramatically improving the strength and functionality of the printed ties.
