Fan Cover Collection (40, 60, 80, 92, 120, 140mm)

Practical fan covers to protect from bigger particles or fingers.

The optional spacer is for particular fans, were the axle exceeds the fans surface.

One file has a 1mm spacer integrated into the cover. If you need more space you can take the separate file and scale it in z-direction to your needs. 100% scale equals 1mm. Also if you like a more solid cover you can scale it in z-direction (1mm thick by default).

The grid covers by approximately 30% and will reduce the volume flow slightly. I didn't test the impact but it is difficult to determine. Keep in mind factors like fan curve, turbulences, resistance, air pressure and so on.

The grid has a thickness of 0.8mm. For fast and easy print I recommend a 0.4mm nozzle.
