Description
Halloween is just around the corner, and I wanted to make something that'd a) add a bit of visual pop to the dinner table and b) hopefully make the women in my life say “aww” and then give me a second helping of candied yams.
These Halloween “donut pumpkin” lights are what I came up with. All you have to do is slot in a tealight and pop on the lid. The Walmart Holiday Time brand fits perfectly.
Hint: if you look closely, you'll see a bump on the base and the lid – just line those up and you are sweet as candied yams.
Printing (TLDR: It's easy)
I made these to be easy to print – because no one wants to work hard this time of year, myself included.
For the bases, just turn on supports. That's it. The only bit that might need support is the stem overhang.
For the tops, these have a flat bottom layer which helps hugely with print reliability. Just turn on the supports, and it prints like a charm. You may want to add a brim, but I never needed to.
Did this make you happy?
Then by all means, please feel free to grab me a coffee. No joke, it makes me happy every single time someone drops me a fiver.

I hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving, you glorious makers.
