Embroidery Bobbin

My partner has an embroidery bobbin winder with an unusually low locking pin that does not align with any bobbin we purchased. Additionally, paper bobbins are prone to warping after winding. This bobbin I designed fits perfectly in the winder and locks firmly in place. It also does not warp after usage.

Print profile is for 30 copies of the bobbin using the 0.08mm high quality profile and Bambu PLA Matte. This profile takes 3 hours to print and consumes $1.07 in plastic ($0.642 if you buy in bulk from Bambu), resulting in a per unit cost of $0.0214. After a quick search on Amazon US, I found the cheapest per unit cost is around $0.03. That makes this 3D print cost effective and faster than one day delivery even when using this slow print profile (120 bobbins can be printed in 12 hours, shipping will take more than 24). 

Since this model was designed to fit in a particular bobbin winder, it likely won't work for most people. A drawing with dimensions is in the photos.
