My buddy BallisticTech sent me the video linked below that explains an issue with over-extrusion on the first few layers, followed by perfect prints. I have been battling this issue for WEEKS on my Fysetc V0.2 R1 kit. I have taken the z-axis apart, aligned, and recalibrated the machine countless times. Just when I almost gave up on having perfect prints on this thing, SmallBatchFactory (youtube.com/@smallbatchfactory) found the issue!
So, here is my fix for the Fysetc Linear Rail Endstops in 1, 2, and 3mm options. I have 2mm versions on mine and it has completely fixed this machine.
