Description
When I saw this kind of lock in Chinese TV dramas, I became interested in its structure.
Tried to find some information to figure out how it works.
Ended up trying to make a model like this that contains the basics of how it works.
I made supports for this model except for the key to facilitate direct printing.
The gap between the support parts is 0.2mm
If your printer is less accurate, you may need to make some adjustments.
please note: overall scaling will change the gap between the supports and the top and bottom surfaces.
You may need to rescale the supports in the Z-axis direction to ensure the gap.
It should be easy to put together after printing. If it is difficult to unlock and close, a few more plugs and unplugs will improve it.
Note:
The lock cylinder structure needs to have some strength and can not be placed vertically considering the low bond strength in the Z-axis direction.
The lock housing part can be printed vertically up to realize one-shot molding.
In order to ensure the realization of the above two points, support parts (yellow parts in the figure) are made for them.
Only the key needs to be set up for support, the other parts do not.
Just peel off the support section as soon as possible after the print is complete.
In fact, I iterated twice, making a version with smaller locking holes:

In the end, this lock doesn't lock anything; the PLA material is so fragile.
However, you might consider using it to create a surprise for your roommate when he/she leaves their seat:

当我看到在中国电视剧里出现这种锁,对它的结构产生了兴趣。

最终尝试制作了这样一个包含基本工作原理的模型。
我为这个模型除了钥匙以外的部分制作了支撑件以方便直接打印。
支撑部分的间隙是0.2mm。
如果您的打印机精度较差,可能需要进行一些调整。
请注意:整体的缩放会导致我所创建的支撑体与顶面和地面的间隙发生变化。
这时可能需要对支撑体再次进行Z轴方向的缩放以保证它的间隙。
在打印完成后应当可以轻松的组合起来。如果开锁和关闭比较困难,多插拔几次就会得到改善。
注意事项:
锁芯结构需要有一定的强度,考虑到Z轴方向的结合强度很低,所以不能垂直放置。
锁壳部分可以竖直起来打印,实现一次成型。
为了保证上述两点的实现,为它们制作了支撑件(图中黄色部分)。
只有钥匙需要设置支撑,其它部分不需要。
在打印完成后,尽快剥离支撑部分即可。
事实上,我迭代了两次,制作了一个锁孔更小的版本
和一个锁孔更复杂的版本
最终,这个锁并不能锁上什么东西,PLA材料是如此脆弱。
但是,不妨趁你的室友离开座位的时候制造一个"惊喜"
