D&D Dice Storage Box (with lock)/带锁D&D骰子收纳盒

This box originated from a slightly unfortunate accident:

A neighbor’s child was curious about my D&D dice storage box and accidentally dropped it while picking it up.

When the box hit the ground, the lid was thrown open, causing the dice to scatter everywhere.

As a result, I unfortunately lost my four-sided die (I actually know where it is, but I really don’t have time to clean the corner where the die is hiding).

So I decided to make a box with a locking mechanism to store my dice. Unless the box is broken, the dice will never scatter.

Coincidentally, I had previously made several models of ancient Chinese locks. I considered using the locking mechanism of this model for my box.

Eventually, I made this box.

Note:

Due to the strength required for the locking mechanism, the shell of the box cannot be printed vertically.

So I manually created a support structure with a gap of 0.2mm.

After printing, use needle-nose pliers to remove these supports as soon as possible.

I wanted to keep the part that holds the dice as simple as possible, but this also brought a small flaw:

If there are no dice in the box, it can be opened without a key.

Just slightly pull the box open and then lift it up, and the whole box can be pulled out.

There is no problem once the dice are in the box.

Finally:

The dice in this box are designed according to the size of my own dice.

You can use the scaling function to match the dice you have.

In the comments of the Book-Shaped D&D Dice case, @KingCaramon provided the scaling ratio.

But please note: overall scaling will change the gap between the supports and the top and bottom surfaces.

You may need to rescale the supports in the Z-axis direction to ensure the gap.

这个盒子来源于一个略微悲惨的事故：

邻居家的小孩好奇我的D&D骰子收纳盒，在他拿起来的时候失手掉落在地上。

盒子落地时盒盖被摔开，导致骰子散落一地。

于是我不幸地失去了我的四面骰子(其实我知道它在哪里，但是我实在没有时间清理骰子隐身的那个角落)。

所以我决定制作一个有锁止机构的盒子用来储存我的骰子。除非摔破这个盒子，否则骰子绝不会散落。

恰巧我之前制作了几个中国古代锁的模型。我考虑让这个模型的锁止机构为我服务。

最终我制作了这个盒子。

注意:

由于锁止机构需要一定的强度，所以盒子的外壳不能竖直放置打印。
所以我手动制作了支撑结构，支撑结构的间隙是0.2mm

打印完毕后尽快使用尖嘴钳抽出这些支撑体。

我希望让承载骰子的部分尽量简单，但是也带来了一点小缺陷：

如果没有骰子在盒子里，不需要钥匙也可以打开这个盒子。

只需要略微拉开盒子，然后向上抬起，整个盒子可以被抽出来。

放上了骰子就没有问题。

最后的最后：

这个盒子里的骰子是我按照我自己手上的骰子大小来设计的。

可以通过缩放功能来匹配您手上的骰子。

在书形D&D骰子收纳盒的评论里，@KingCaramon 给出了缩放比例。
但是请注意：整体的缩放会导致我所创建的支撑体与顶面和地面的间隙发生变化。

这时可能需要对支撑体再次进行Z轴方向的缩放以保证它的间隙。
