Description
Added markings to the gears and the holders so that you can tell which gears can go in which locations. That makes it pretty much self documenting; put the M gear in the M (middle) location, any gear with a + on it in a + (perpendicuar) slot, any gear with an = on it in an = (parallel) slot. The two first plates are the two configurations the original maker likes best; and then there's a plate with the tighter pins one with the looser pins, and a final one with the remaining gears you need to do any configuration.
For me, these stay together reasonably well with the default pins, even though I rearrange the gears all the time.
