Light Weight SKADIS IKEA

Introducing a sleek, lightweight version of the 200x200 mm IKEA SKADIS panel!

This design uses only 70-80g of material, making it an efficient and stylish upgrade.

I've designed this version to add a fresh, modern twist to the classic SKADIS panel while reducing its print weight. The Voronoi pattern not only enhances the aesthetic but also increases the number of internal walls compared to traditional infill designs, ensuring the panel remains sturdy enough to support the same weight as a standard IKEA SKADIS.

Based on community feedback, I've released multiple versions of this panel:

• A Perfectionist's Edition of the Infinite Solution, featuring four corner holes to keep 100% of the slots free for those who love a flawless setup
• NEW: Snap-Interlock Assembly System - Connect panels together without screws! The innovative snap-interlock mechanism uses dedicated corner holes to join panels securely while keeping all SKADIS slots completely free and functional

The snap-interlock system provides a tool-free assembly option that maintains the clean aesthetic of the panel while ensuring a solid connection between multiple units.

I've added a dedicated X1/P1 printer's print profile that already include this mod, but if you still have problems with the excluded area, just go to printer settings on the top left:

Then select everything you find inside the “bed exclude area” field and delete it; now close the window and repeat the slice. 

(don’t worry, the exclusion area has a safety offset, the printhead only passes over this offset by 1 mm, so it won’t collide with the cutter pin)
