Waterproof Match Case

Description
The design for this match case consists of four parts; a lid, a container, and two gaskets. You only need to print on of the Match Case Bottoms, and you can choose whether you would like a keyring hole on it or not. Make sure you use 0.2mm layer height for the PETG. For best results, insert the matches head down.
Assembly: Print the TPU gaskets first, then the cap, then the bottom container. When printing the cap, have the printer pause after layer 13 with 0.2mm layer height. While the printer is paused, insert the ring with the thicker edge (Cap Ring) into the gap in the cap. Press down firmly and use a small hex key or screwdriver to make sure that the ring is fully inserted into the cap and fluch with the top layer of the print when paused (see last image). Resume the print and let it finish printing as usual. After the Bottom is finished printing, slide the remaining TPU ring (Bottom Ring) over the screw threads on the top. Then screw the cap on tightly and make sure that the Bottom ring is touching both the top surface of the bottom container and the bottom surface of the cap. Insert a keyring into the hole if you printed the container with one.
