Description
This is a press fit replacement for a broken throttle lever on a John Deere 135 (and similar) that use a throttle lever and choke lever in the same unit.
Bought the tractor used with it broken, so tore it apart and was able to design this with no need for adhesive or other means of bonding the parts. However, you can use epoxy or similar if you feel it's needed! There may need to be some light filing done either on the stock housing, or the printer lever as it's meant to be a very tight fit, as well as how different materials print
The pictured green one was a test fit in PLA, but ended up using PETG @ 0.28 layer height. I would suggest a high number of walls/top/bottom layers and a high infill if not using my print profile.
No supports needed.
