I've created this pen a while ago and at first it has to be screwed to be closed. But I realised after a bit that this wasn't the best thing, it wasn't resistant and could break quite easily, the tolerance wasn't good and it wasn't durable. So I tried different closing system until I found the one on the new version that doesn't have all the problems I said before so try it yourself and tell me about it so I can still continue to upgrade it

 

PAY ATTENTION

The prints profiles that aren't mine are now obsolet and are made for and older version that isn't the same so if you want the new version you should use my print profile

Overview:

• A ballpoint pen combined with katana aesthetics, designed for 3D printing.

Dimensions:

• Total length: 180 mm
• Handle width: 12mm.

Technical Specifications:

• Assembly: Insert the Bic Cristal cartridge into the scabbard, then just put the scabbard into the handle.
• printing recommendations: To print it in necessary to put the tsuba(guard) in 0.1mm height layer at least, I print it upside down and put support only on the scabbard, the best is to use my print profile to print it(multicolor version coming soon)

 

Bic Cristal Cartridge Requirement:

• This 3D model is specifically designed to be compatible with a Bic Cristal pen cartridge. The design ensures that the cartridge fits securely within the sheath, allowing the Bic Katana to function as a fully operational pen.
