UPDATE 09-15-25: Added two new STL files to download. They are for users that use spacers on the mount. The new models work with the 2 piece version. One model is the original hex hole opening size and the other is for a wider opening. I did not create profile, but you can download the STLs and print them with the current settings of one of my original profiles.
UPDATE 03/04/25: Added a V2 Top Clip that thickens up the clip by .5mm. Some people where seeing a slight gap on the top clip. You can download just the clip and reprint if you want. I added a new profile too. New file name is = 510C ARD v5 2 piece - Top Clip V2
UPDATE 02/01/25: Added nib to top clip (510C ARD 4.1 versions) Added a 1mm nib/nub (same from the 2 piece v5 model), whatever to the end of the top clip so as to “clip” onto the top of the Holosun. This way is will make it harder for it to fall off during firing. Updated the 3mf file to include all 3 v4.1 models.
UPDATE 01/28/25: Added 2 piece model (510C ARD 5 body and top clip) This model allows for a stronger top clip since you can print it facing down. I also added a small nub at the end of the clip to snap into place on the back side of the Holosun, making it harder for it to pop off while firing.
To assemble, just slide the wedge in and tap the body down until flush.
UPDATE 01/04/25: Added another model (510C ARD 4 wide) that increases the honeycomb hole size from 3mm to 4mm and increased the honeycomb grid from .4 to .7 mm thick. This file can be downloaded as STL or STEP files.
UPDATE 11/25/24: Added another model (510C ARD 4 Spacer) that should work with the Holosun 510-C spacer. It increases the hieght 5.5 mm. That is all that is different. This file can be downloaded as STL or STEP files.
The pictures look way worse that it looks in real life. I printed it with ABS-GF and I didn't dry it out before hand, trust me, it looks good when you print it.
You can edit or download this model on OnShape here - https://cad.onshape.com/documents/a5e177381afa21ca04f0ed3f/w/81d72cb31ee664a7b610dec7/e/6ba3c1bc8446556cbaa71e06?renderMode=0&uiState=66c6411b7e0b94382148634e
This clips onto the front of the optic by placing the bottom in the screw holes (no need to remove screws) and then tilting back to snap onto the red dot.
I printed this using a .4 mm nozzle (.2mm may be cleaner). I did reduce line width settings to .35 for default, initial layer and outer wall.
You can use a hex wrench to clean out the holes if you have any nubs or hairs from your print.
I know that printing the top clip vertically is not the most optimized for strength, but it works fine unless you are trying to rip it off.
