Description
This is my version of the bug wall feeder. I know there's a few out there but some let the bugs escape too easy and others required a lot of bridging during the print. This addresses both issues to make it an easier print that also doesn't let the bugs escape.
Printing in this flat orientation allows the layer lines to be vertical when in position creating a very smooth surface in the bottom and edges that they can't climb.
The honeycomb pattern has a modifier added to the edges to create a fuzzy skin around each honeycomb so the bugs can climb easier.
I left the top Loop as a removable cylinder in case you don't want it. Use this for a hook and suction cup or any other way you want to mount it.
Printing Tips:
Also made a Text field in the bottom cause its always more fun when your buddy gets personalizations!
