After 3 attempt I finaly got it. Did major improvement on the arm. More sturdy.
This is a mix of 3 models: 
Soldering aid by MW3D - Adjustable PCB Holder Tool by squinn and Ball Joint by Jakobdam

Use PETG. Use a small clothespin spring (not the big one).
