Katzenklappe / Cat door

hallo, der Wettbewerb “ Pet supplies” hat mich inspiriert eine Katzenklappe zu entwerfen da ich finde das diese super nützlich ist und fast Jeder Katzenbesitzer eine brauchen kann. Ich freue mich euch meinen Entwurf kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen zu können. Hoffentlich kann der ein oder andere etwas damit anfangen. Die gesammte Katzenklappe besteht aus insgesammt vier Teilen. Der vordere Rahmen, der hintere Rahmen, der Klappe und einer Blende für den vorderen rahmen. Ihr könnt euch aussuchen ob ihr alle teile verwendet oder nur Rahmen und Klappe. Bei der Klappe solltet ihr die die “Scharniere” etwas mit Schleifpapier glätten das die Klappe besser läuft. Die Blende könnt ihr auf den vorderen Rahmen kleben damit die Klappe nicht rausfallen kann und es besser aussieht, ihr müsst aber nicht, die klappe sollte auch so halten. Der vordere und der hintere Rahmen sind so gestaltet das sie ineinander passen und man so flexibel ist was die Türstärke angeht. Ihr müsst einfach den ausschnitt für die Katzenklappe an der Tür anzeichnen, aussägen und dann die Katzenklappe durch die Bohrungen anschrauben oder eventuell kleben. Das erste Druckprofil ist für eine Türstärke von ca 9mm bis 39mm gemacht, ich habe aber ein zweites druckprofil mit einem hinteren rahmen für türen bis zu 49mm hinzugefügt. Ich würde mich freuen wenn ihr mich wissen lasst ob alles passt und ihr zufieden seid :)

 

 

Hello, the competition "Pet supplies" has inspired me to design a cat flap because I find it super useful and almost every cat owner can use one. I am happy to be able to provide you with my draft free of charge. Hopefully one or the other can do something with it. The total cat flap consists of a total of four parts. The front frame, the rear frame, the flap and a panel for the front frame. You can choose whether you use all parts or only frame and flap. With the flap you should smooth the "hinges" a little with sandpaper so that the flap runs better. You can stick the panel on the front frame so that the flap can't fall out and it looks better, but you don't have to, the flap should hold that way. The front and rear frames are designed in such a way that they fit into each other and you are so flexible in terms of door thickness.You just have to draw the cutout for the cat flap on the door, saw out and then screw the cat flap through the holes or possibly glue it. The first printing profile is made for a door thickness of about 9mm to 39mm, but I have added a second printing profile with a rear frame for doors up to 49mm. I would be happy if you let me know if everything fits and if you are happy :)
