Gridfinity Screwdriver Organization Tray

A 5x5 and 6x5 Gridfinity screwdriver organization tray designed to handle different size screwdrivers and make efficient use of drawer space. This pattern is repeated across both trays and can be cut along the horizontal Gridfinity squares to fit your drawer exactly.

Not a everything-has-its-place design, but should accommodate a large assortment of random screwdrivers into a nice, somewhat organized grid.

Version 2 tweaks the wall thicknesses a little and slightly lengthens the handle sides, but still fits good against v1 trays. This also adds the 6 square wide block that allows for larger drivers and makes it fit better in some drawer layouts.

This is the largest the handle slots can be while keeping this repeatable on the Gridfinity layout. The maximum diameter of the screwdriver handle is 32mm (1¼ inches) and 133mm (5¼ inches) on the 5x6 block. If you got bigger screwdrivers, you will need a different solution for those beasts.

NOTE: If you mirror the block and lay horizontally you can accommodate screwdrivers with very long shafts as they fit side to side nicely. See photos for details.
