I like all these sanding block sets that we can find on the internet, but I wanted some round ones and some other shapes.

I also wanted a tool that would make it easy to stretch the paper.

 

It's very easy to assemble. All you need is just M3x10mm hexagon socket screw or you can use my nut and insert M3x20mm hexagon screw.

Be careful - the screw is mounted right to the plastic so be careful when tightening.

 

Everything is designed to print with standard 0.2mm profile of PLA or PETG and without support.
