Benchy display hook for spool shelf

Yet another benchy display option!

I know there is a overflow of possibilities of displaying your benchys, but i was missing some for when using a spool shelf!

 

PLEASE NOTICE! This is a tight fit, so i can require some force to install. If any comments, improvements please let me know :).

 

We all print benchys to see the colors of our new filament or color, and now you have a possibility to hang your benchys if you are using a spool shelf as i am.

 

Instead of grabbing the benchy or hooking it through the windows, i am using the storage compartment.

The hook is created with tight fit, so it should be a squeeze to get it in, but it needs to be if it must hold! In some cases it only can be installed a few milimeters, but it will hold for sure.

For reference of the size i used the standard benchy model which is on all Bambu lab printers as a default.

If it does not fit your model, it can be scaled up or down to fit.

 

To further ease the installation of the hook, the edges of the square has rounded corners. Perhaps more is needed.

 

As it is a very light hook, it is a fast print, only 5½ minutes and ~ 1,7 grams of filament!
