Dummy Bike Fork

Dummy fork to hold all the steering components (handlebars, stem, spacers and headset) in place during maintenance operations.

In my case it is for my suspension revisions.

The threaded rod has a diameter of 1 1/8 "and a length of 220 mm and a conical nut to fit most bikes.

Insert the 1 1/8” threaded rod into the stem and all the steering elements and lock from below using the conical nut.

For printing you must load the infill through the perimeters to optimize its rigidity. The 1 1/8” threaded rod must be printed horizontally.
