Volkswagen Air-cooled Engine Model - 1/4 scale

This is a ¼ scale model of a Volkswagen air-cooled flat four motor. This model depicts a hotrodded engine with dual Solex carburetors and an extractor exhaust.

Some of the parts are press fit, but most require glue. I've included connection pins/dowels in several places to aid alignment of parts. There are provisions to add spark plug wires to the model for added realism, but I haven't done this yet.

14-JUL-2025 UPDATE: By request I've added a single carburetor version to simulate a Formula Vee configuration. See the new print profile for the additional parts needed for this version.  The parts that aren't needed for this version are listed in the print profile description.

29-JAN-2026 UPDATE: By request I've uploaded all of the STL files so they can be downloaded separately for those who don't want to use the 3MF file.
