rotary table for painting

Here is a turntable to paint / airbrush / prime figures.
An empty filament spool with an inner diameter of Ø53 mm can be used as a table.
An .stl file of a smaller printable table is also optionally included.

The plate is mounted on 15x Ø11mm balls. Anyone who owns a resin printer can make the balls themselves (see screenshot).

Additionally required:

• 8x screws DIN912 m4x16
• 4x nuts DIN934 m4
• Lubricating grease for the balls

Printing:
I recommend printing all parts flat in the XY plane. The threads in the "mount_base plate" part are without allowance, if necessary, consider horizontal expansion for drilling when slicing.

If someone needs a changed "mounting-plate" for other coil diameters, please write in the comments, then I will create additional parts for the desired diameters.

Note: The construction turned out to be more stable than I thought. if steel balls are used, it can easily withstand 70 kg :D

Hier ein Drehteller um Figuren zu bemalen / airbrush / primen.
Eine leere Filament Spule mit Innendurchmesser Ø53 mm kann als Tisch verwendet werden.
Optional ist auch eine .stl Datei eines kleineren druckbaren Tisches dabei.

Gelagert ist die Platte auf 15x Ø11mm Kugeln. Wer einen Resin Drucker besitzt kann die Kugeln selbst herstellen (siehe Screenshot).

Drucken:
Ich empfehle alle Teile flach in der XY-Ebene zu drucken. Die Gewinde in dem Teil "Aufnahme_Grundplatte" sind ohne Aufmaß, ggf. hierbei horizontale Erweiterung für Bohrungen beim Slicen berücksichtigen.

Sollte jemand für andere Spulendurchmesser eine geänderte "Aufnahme" benötigen, gerne in die Kommentare schreiben, dann erstelle ich für die gewünschten Durchmesser noch weitere Teile.

Anmerkung: Die Konstruktion wurde stabiler als ich dachte. wenn Stahlkugeln verwendet werden hällt es locker 70 kg aus :D
