Ender 3 Neo Series Direct Drive Conversion Plate

I recently printed a direct drive upgrade for my Ender 3 Neo. I found this design but it didn't work because there was no hole for a pin that secured the fan shroud to the carriage plate. To install that upgrade, you must clip off a part of the pin, which I was reluctant to do. Instead, I cut a hole for the pin onto the model. Nothing else was changed.
