Grate & Arch updated for toothbrush holder

I remodeled the “Arch” & “Grate” parts of the following 
https://makerworld.com/en/models/623494#profileId-547720 by pearigee.

The "Arch_v2" now has a bigger middle hole for wider toothbrushes.
The base “Grate_v2.1” has some dents to keep the toothbrushes from sliding off the grid.
