Description

Ever since stumbling upon buckle designs made specifically for 3D printing I kinda got stuck on the idea of developing my own.

So this is my first official attempt ;)

All parts are designed to be printed without supports. You can mix any male/female part.

A speciality of the design is it's quick release capability. By pushing into the male part as if you wanted to bend the buckle outward and pulling it apart you can release the mechanism without pushing the button. With a little practice it's one quick fluid motion. This also means that the buckle is not stable in this direction - this is by design and might make it unfitting for certain applications.

I recommend using PETG but you do you.

And to answer the question you've been asking yourself: Of course there is a satisfying snap sound when closing it :D
