Straight Collar V1

I’m excited to share my latest 3D printed wearable design: the Collar Straightener. If you’ve ever had issues with your shirt collar falling down and losing its crisp look, this design is for you! The Collar Straightener keeps the collar perfectly straight around your neck, making your shirts look sharp and professional.

Note: I added a thin layer of hair spray to each bed to help with adhesion. Here is the one I use: Hair Spray 

 

Design Features:

• Sizes:
  • Size 1: 150mm from neck to front.
  • Size 2: 166mm from neck to front.
  • Both sizes are 175mm wide, fitting most standard shirt collars.
• File Formats:
  • STEP files are included for easy remixing, allowing for further customization.
  • STL files are provided for 3D printing, with both sizes included.

How It Works: The Collar Straightener works similarly to what you see in the reference images attached. It’s designed to sit under your shirt collar, providing structure and support, keeping it straight all day.

Customization: I’ve made the design flexible with STEP files, so you can adjust the size to fit your specific needs.
