Shadow Box - Vampire Night

"Vampire Night" is an original 3D printed layered art piece that perfectly captures the spirit of Halloween. Featuring a vampire cloaked in shadows, lurking beneath twisted, gnarled trees in a dark graveyard, the design evokes the eerie essence of classic Halloween themes. The scene, complete with tombstones, jack-o'-lanterns, and a haunting full moon, embodies the mysterious and supernatural feel of the season. Each layer is uniquely designed to provide depth and dimension, bringing this haunting vision to life.

Two of the layers are optimized for simple filament color swaps without requiring AMS or MMU, allowing makers to personalize the scene through their own choice of colors. One layer features pegs on the "wrong" side, and another has no pegs, making multi-colored printing easier. The piece comes ready for assembly with built-in spacers. The color changes are built into the 3MF file for easy printing, but if you resize the model or prefer different timing, you can manually adjust the changes in your slicer. By default, Plate 5 changes colors at Layer 5, and Plate 6 changes at Layer 4.

Though there is currently no fixture to secure the layers in the box, hot glue can be used, with a future update to include a proper closure.

Whether used as a standalone art piece or integrated into a larger Halloween display, "Vampire Night" captures the haunting magic of the holiday.

• Layer 6 (Background): Bambu Labs Basic PLA White // Color Swap at Layer 4 Bambu Labs Basic PLA Black
  Note: You can swap the White and Black in the final layer so that more light shines through the moon, while the rest of the night sky remains darker.

While the design currently uses hot glue to secure the layers in place, future versions will feature a proper closure.
