Gardena Sileno City Cutting Disk 190 mm

I upgrade my Gardena Sileno City with a 190 mm cutting disk with 6 instead of three knifes. The new cutting disk is screwed onto the original one using the standard screws to mount the knifes. To mount the 6 new knifes I added 6 M4 inserts.

 

Printing:

• no supports needed

• I used ASA for this print, but PETG will also work

   

Additional material:

• 6 threaded inserts M4

Assembly:

• After printing, melt in the M4 inserts into the 6 outer holes

 

 

• install the 6 nes knifes using the standard screws coming with the knifes

 

 

• remove the original disk (TX15 screw driver needed)
• remove the protection cover (TX20 screw driver needed)
• install the original disk

• mount the new disk onto the original disk using 3 crews coming with the knifes

 

 

• please make sure there is enough clearance between the knifes and all 3 wheels
