Description

Multi-piece tanto knife. No support. Glue not required. Easy assembly. Now fits on Prusa and Ender 3. Added H2D models with 15.1" Wakizashi option.

I recommend printing the blades with 0.1 layer height and 100% infill. The handle is very nice with fuzzy skin. You can easily blunt the tip with a nail clipper and/or nail file so your children can play without fear of injury.

Designed to fit on a 256mm Bambu buildplate. There are now alternate blades available with a dovetail cut in the tang that will print on smaller beds like Prusa 3/4 and Ender 3. The dovetails have tight tolerance for stability and may need trimming after printing on some printers.

Assembly:

1: Place the two blade pieces together with the blade locator pin in the slot between them.

2: Slide the habaki over the tang onto the blades. This may take some persuasion.

3: Slide the guard, handle, and cap onto the tang of the blade. The handle will click in.

4: The handle pin locks everything together. Tapping it in with a hammer works well.

WARNING: once you put the handle pin in you will have a very hard time taking the knife apart.
