Description
I printed it with GreentecPro from extrudr and Flax from extrudr, which is close to PLA print settings.
For the sealing I used 90A TPU in white (extra print file) and a hard “sealing” (in complete print file). The TPU sealing makes it watertight.
You will need 8 pieces of 12x2mm round magnets. The stronger the cooler.
The magnets should be installed alternately in terms of polarity.
The lid should be magnetically attracted from the underside, for example, and the sides should also always be mounted with alternating polarity.
The locking mechanism is designed in such a way, that you have a nice closing feeling, best is with TPU sealing.
The first times the locking mechanism will be a little harder, but it will get better after a few times.
For the first few times, it helps to run your finger along the mechanism in the lid and insert and clean off any print residue.
