Halloween Candy Coffin Box for Kids (Lockable)

For Halloween, our children need a cool new box for their sweets. That's why I created a child-friendly Halloween box in the shape of a coffin with a skeleton and a comic-style pumpkin head. When the head is upright, the lid is closed, only when the head is turned to the side is the closure released and the cover can be removed.

The whole model is available in individual parts so that it is very easy to print without supports and without a special multi-color printer (AMS/MMU). The parts are then simply glued together.

At 100% size, the coffin measures 19 x 13 x 7.5 cm.
Of course you can enlarge and scale upwards as you wish, but you should not print smaller than 80%! All parts fit on an 18 x 18 print bed!

Recommendations for printing:
For optimal results, I recommend the following settings.
- 2 contours
- 0.1 mm layer height
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 10% filling

Further instructions for the print:
The purple parts with wood texture should be printed with the texture facing down on the bed. The cover plate, the bats and the ghosts have a color change during printing to implement the multicolor directly. The bats and ghosts can be added as decoration as often as desired or left off completely.

The print files (3MF) all have my color in the name and the number of times the part is needed.

Assembly:
The assembly is very simple, the parts are all inserted and glued together. The lock should be glued carefully (according to the markings) so that the rotating function in the lid opening is not glued as well. The partition wall must also be installed correctly so that the catch can engage (off-center). For this purpose, there is an R for “right” next to the hole when viewed from the front.

Für Halloween brauchen unsere Kinder eine neue coole Box für die Süßigkeiten. Darum habe ich eine kinderfreundliche Halloween-Box in Sarg-Form erstellt, die ein Skelett und einen Kürbis-Kopf im Comic-Style besitzt, wenn der Kopf gerade steht ist der Deckel verschlossen, erst wenn der Kopf zur Seite gedreht wird, wird der Verschluss freigegeben und die Abdeckung kann abgenommen werden-

Das ganze Modell ist in einzelnen Teilen verfügbar, sodass es ohne Stützen und ohne einen speziellen Mehrfarben-Drucker (AMS/MMU) ganz einfach zu drucken ist. Die Teile werden dann einfach zusammen geklebt.

Mit 100% Größe hat der Sarg einen Größe von 19 x 13 x 7,5 cm.
Nach oben kann natürlich beliebig vergrößert und skaliert werden, kleiner als 80% sollte nicht gedruckt werden! Alle Teile passen auf ein 18 x 18 Druckbett!

Empfehlungen für den Druck:
Für ein optimales Ergebnis empfehle ich die folgenden Einstellungen.
- 2 Konturen
- 0,1 mm Schichthöhe
- 0,4 mm Düse
- 10% Füllung

Weitere Hinweise für den Druck:
Die violetten Teile mit Holzstruktur sollten mit der Struktur nach unten auf dem Bett gedruckt werden. Die Deckplatte, die Fledermäuse und die Gespenster haben einen Farbwechsel während dem Druck um die Mehrfarbigkeit direkt umzusetzen. Die Fledermäuse und Gespenster können beliebig oft als Deko angebracht oder auch komplett weggelassen werden.

Die Druckdateien (3MF) haben alle in der Bezeichnung meine Farbe und die Anzahl wie oft das Teil benötigt wird.

Zusammenbau:
Der Zusammenbau ist sehr einfach, die Teile werden alle eingesteckt und verklebt. Der Verschluss sollte vorsichtig (entsprechend der Markierung) verklebt werden, damit die Drehfunktion in der Durchführung des Deckels nicht mit verklebt wird. Die Trennwand muss ebenfalls korrekt eingebaut werden, damit der Verschluss (außermittig) einrasten kann. Zu diesem Zweck ist von vorne gesehen ein R für "Rechts) neben dem Loch angebracht.
