Description

Sized for standard 5 inch napkins. The orange sample is printed at 100% and holding 6.5 inch napkins.

Scale up to 130% like the black sample for use with 6.5 inch napkins (the napkins napkins in the photos)

Prints in pieces without supports. It has a lot of small details, so make sure your bed adhesion game is strong before printing.

NOTE: The base prints upside down and flips over for a flush fit on the bottom when assembled.

Print 2 sides and one base. Sides are symmetrical.

There is a “tight” version and a “loose” version of each side to give you the tightest snap fit without being too difficult to snap together.

A tester piece is included to allow you to test which fit is best for your printer and filament before printing the entire model. The same fit may vary from filament to filament and printer to printer.

Tip, try the “L” (loose) side of the test first in case the “T” (tight) side is too tight to get back apart. If the sides are loose after printing, just add some of your favorite adhesive to make them permanent.

If the fit is a little too tight to snap together easily after printing, you can use some pliers with a napkin or something to protect the outer face of the sides and gently squeeze them together starting at one end and working your way to the other until the base is snapped securely into each side piece.

If the fit is too loose after printing, add a little glue between the base and sides during assembly for a strong permanent bond.
