Aloris CA QCTP Dial Indicator Tool Holder

This is a dial indicator holder to fit a CA size Aloris QCTP. The indicator I used is a Accusize .0005" 0-1", but any indicator with a 3/8" shank will fit. The hole is sized to be a snug fit on the shank, so no tools are needed for installation.

The adjuster is an Aloris CA-HA, which uses 1/2"-20 threads. The hole is sized for tapping, so you can tap the hole after printing. Alternatively, you can print the profile without the adjuster hole. In that case, you would set the height manually each time, but you would be gain the ability to flip the indicator and use it to measure the face of a part as well as the diameter.
