The Minimal Vision Pro Case with AirTag support

I wanted to be able to carry my Vision Pro in a camera compartment of my Peak Design Everyday Backpack. I felt that any of the Vision Pro cases were too bulky when I already had protection from my backpack. All that was missing was a solution to cover the lenses of the Vision Pro while also using the Apple front cover for the front screen protection.

Since the Vision Pro lacks “Find My” support, I also integrated an AirTag slot.

All you need after printing this file is a 2" wide and 12" long velcro strap to wrap around and keep the Minimal Case in place together with the Front Cap. I'm using a stretchable Wrap-It strap.

NOTE: this was designed for my 21W light seal, I have tried it on a few other ones and it seems to work, though it might not be as much of a prefect fit.

Printing instructions:

• strong PLA (I use Atomic Filament Marble)
• 0.1mm layer height
• 0.2mm initial layer height
• 3 wall loops
• 15% rectilinear infill
• on Bambulab P1P I reduced the overall printing speed by half to get a nicer finish
• optional build plate only support if you think it's necessary
