Recommended print settings for sufficient stiffness:
PETG (PLA may get soft if stored in car)
wall loops: 4
infill: triangles 23%
top/bottom layers: 5
layer hight: 0,2 (bigger layer hights may work too and save time)
Crank 3 is print in place. Break the small sleeve free to achieve a better winding experience.
Forgot to mention in the video: Add a small amount of grease to the “bearings”
This is intended for belts with width <30mm however you can scale the parts for wider or thicker belts. As a reference: a 5m belt with a thickness of 1mm will fit very good.
